Ahhh…Thanksgiving. As the official kick off to both the holiday and engagement season, Thanksgiving gives us quite a bit to celebrate. Somehow, I think, this year’s Turkey Day gathering may be especially memorable for most Americans. At a table overfilled with turkey, fixins’ (a Southern term), and assorted pies…there is certain to be some very spirited political debates fanned slowly by the steady consumption of wine (at least at our house). And, amid the 6000 or so calories consumed between dawn and dusk, we thought a calorie-free interlude might be well appreciated.
Enter Camille and Joshua {9.3.16}. A picture of the modern couple against the background of a lovely Southern soiree. The ceremony was held under the nearly 500 year old Airlie Oak in Airlie Gardens followed by dinner, reception, and festive celebration at Bakery 105 located in historic Downtown Wilmington. Special thanks to Theo Milo Photography for these feast-worthy indulgences. After all, who can resist this scrumptious kind of eye candy? Thankfully, we won’t have to unbutton our pants for this one.
