Bakery 105 is a historic wedding and event venue located in Downtown Wilmington, NC. The building dates back to the 1920s when it was part of the American Bakeries complex (hence the name). The venue features 4,500 sq. ft. of open indoor space complimented by a 3,500 sq. ft. outdoor garden courtyard. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are handicap accessible. Bakery 105 is located steps from our bridal suite, The Cottage on Orange Street. The Cottage boasts the perfect location for the bridal party preparations.

Our clients can choose from a selection of caterers to accommodate any event. (Of course, 128 South is our favorite.) When it comes to cocktails, we offer inclusive hosted bar packages with house and premium brands as well as mocktails, craft beers and signature drinks.

The modern Bakery 105 interior boasts exposed brick walls, wood ceilings, steel girders, and a large monitor skylight. Our venue provides a raw, unfinished space with modern amenities.

A Versatile Outdoor Space
The upper level of our garden courtyard is flanked by planter boxes and bench seating on either side of the central steps down into the main courtyard. The design is complete with brick pavers, creeping fig ivy, flowering foliage and crepe myrtle trees ideally suited for a ceremony, cocktail hour or al fresco dining.
