Let’s be honest, Cuba is pretty hot these day (and not just the weather). Trending Cuba travel has folks booking flights and exploring the once isolated (at least for US travelers) island country just 330 miles from Miami. Inspired by this trendy destination, Havana, provided the creative muse for a genuinely unique wedding design featured in Bakery 105 at this year’s Courtyards & Cobblestones event. (C&C is an annual wedding “tour” in historic Downtown Wilmington featuring seven venues each fully styled and complete with displays and tastes of the goods and services from the area’s best wedding professionals)
Jenn Rose of Salt Harbor Design gets the mad props for this tweet-worthy bridal inspiration. Stepping into Bakery 105 transported you to the balmy island filled with tropical foliage, billowy white draping, warm ambient light, rum-infused cocktails, and a myriad of delicious textures (think: rolled leather couches). The photos were provided by the uber-talented Millie Holloman Photography and give a glimpse of the Havana experience for those who missed out on the tour. Feast!
